Are you an Organising Master or an Organising Disaster?
6 WAYS TO HAVE A MORE PRODUCTIVE AND POSITIVE ENERGY DAY!
Planning and Organising your day can be overwhelming, and let's face it, who likes organising all the time?
I am definitely no expert when it comes to organising and planning my life! In fact, I have a gold star 🎖 at being 'The Master of Disaster' in the 'Messy Working' and 'Let Me See What Happens If' categories! However, I always get the job done and it always has an amazing outcome, plus, I love being outside my comfort zone, that is where all the best people hang out!
One of my fave quotes is: If a cluttered desk leads to a cluttered mind, then what does an empty desk lead to? Good old Winston Churchill knew it all! Remember, everyone is different and that is how it should be! So, if you organise your day with a neatly organise desk with a side of colour coded, alphabetical ordered post-it notes, then so be it! I, on the other hand, have use the term 'organised chaos' more times than I care to remember! But it works for me! 🤯 Saying all that, I am a firm believer that how you start your day has an enormous effect on your productivity and positive energy levels. Here are 6 ways to plan and organise a day for awesome PRODUCTIVITY AND POSITIVE ENERGY outcomes:
Wake 1/2 hour earlier than you usually do - think how much you could accomplish by waking a little earlier each day!
Journal - 5 dream goals, 5 things you are grateful for, and how you want to be that day...
Meditate - 10 minutes in the morning to quiet your mind will lead to a more productive day! PROVEN!
Morning routine to get you ready - Coffee, shower, exercise, or whatever you do to get fresh!
Make a day list - 10 GOALS (personal and Professional) - then number them in order of priority and REMEMBER! Do the jobs that you dislike first!
Relax and enjoy your day - If it feels good do it! Don't stress if you don't get it all done.
You are an Organising Master Grasshopper. GOOD ORGANISING IS NOT ABOUT CHANGING YOUR PERSONALITY - JUST YOUR HABITS! Share this post with as many people who you think need help in organising their days and have a wonderful day yourself 🙏😘 Task 4 on my day list - ✅
